April is Rosacea Awareness Month

Does your face flush when you have a glass of wine? Do your cheeks always look red in photos? You may have rosacea, a chronic skin condition that affects both men and women, causing facial redness, flushing and dilated blood vessels. The cause of rosacea is unknown, but environmental factors such as sun and wind exposure can cause flares of this condition. Other common triggers include caffeine, hot beverages and spicy foods.
